ORCUTT, California, September 18, 2019: At the Lion’s Club Wednesday evening, Mike Carroll, the President of the local chapter, described the club’s donation to Operation WEBS as a “small check”. A little over a month and a half ago Sandy gave a presentation at the Orcutt Lions Club. She talked about Operation WEBS (Women Empowered Build Strong), her mission, and the impact homelessness has had on herself and her veteran sisters in arms. Wednesday evening Sandy explained, that to date, Operations WEBS has “housed four (female veterans), and three of them are still living in our Orcutt Stability Home”.
